As a means to motivate myself and  share my numerous interests concerning art, I have decided to start a blog. 

Often I find that the process of writing is helpful to form my thoughts, convey my interests  and to share my leanings towards art.

I do realize that there are many opinions and points of views regarding art, my intent

is primarily one of understanding these many areas as they reveal themselves to me. 

  

While mostly discussing items regarding art directly, I will allow myself to wander from time to time...but not too far. I will try to stay within the realm of the visual and its domain. 

 

While primarily a painter I do have strong interests in photography and design (landscape design).
